The location of the property is in the Comune of Bagni di Lucca, in the region of Tuscany, in the medieval town of Vico Pancellorum. The house was built in the 12th century has been totally renovated inside and out and a new roof had been added two years ago. The house has a very wide kitchen and open concept living room. The cabinets, sink and countertop are new. The sink and countertop are porcelain. It has a large, dry storage area under the stairs. The stairs are made of Carrara Marble and they wind up to the second floor. Next to the kitchen and living room the house has a large bedroom with a tall, wide, double door that opens up to a small courtyard that belongs to the property of the house. There is a walkway next to the house that leads to the courtyard that belongs to the property. The doors, windows and shutters are new with the exception of one window on the upper second floor bedroom that needs repair as water affected it a couple of years ago during a severe storm and this is when the new roof was added. The house boasts a large bedroom on the second floor with two large windows that open up to beautiful views of the courtyard, neighbouring towns toward the east, and one of the many chain of mountains Tuscany is well known for. There is a three piece washroom with shower, toilet and sink and the window shows a spectacular view of the mountain chain toward the west. There is an extra room on the second floor that has not been finished but can offer a third bedroom with minimal work. This room has a skylight. The house also has a large basement with concrete tubs to wash clothes and a lot of room for a washer and dryer to be utilized. It also has a tool/shop area in one corner with a lot of tools should they be required and an antique work horse bench. There is a wood burning stove in the kitchen that heats the house comfortably. Included with the house are fridge, stove, couch, 2 matching lounge chairs, kitchen table with six matching chairs, two beds and two new mattresses along with side cabinets/tables armoire in the second floor bedroom, all light fixtures. All internal doors a new, made of mahogany wood with elegant molds and glass. The one exemption is a framed painting on the wall of the kitchen that owner is not selling with the house.

The restaurant Buca Di Baldabo is well known for excellent cuisine and attracts visitors year round
