The historic vintner's house with a beautiful facade was built in approx. 1900 in typical Mosel natural stone construction. Most of the renovation and modernization work took place in the 1980s. Among other things, new double-glazed windows and night storage stoves were installed, the living room on the 1st floor was enlarged, the bathroom on the top floor was renewed and new floor coverings were installed in most rooms. In 2007 the walk-in shower and toilet were installed on the first floor. In the same year the practical utility room was created on the terrace and in 2010 the terrace door was renewed. The house is in a good condition, so that you can move in and make the necessary cosmetic renovations by and by. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house is ideal for permanent living as well as a holiday home. Partial rental would also be possible due to the favorable floor plan and the access from both sides of the building. Due to the location on the outskirts, it is particularly nice to end the day sitting on the terrace in summer with a glass of wine. Parking is available in the street behind the house and on the Mosel.

The house is located on the outskirts of Ediger von Ediger-Eller at the foot of the vineyards. Hiking and biking trails are on the doorstep, and restaurants, wine bars, and shops for everyday necessities are on site. Ediger-Eller is one of the most beautiful places in the Mittelmoseltal between the towns of Zell and Cochem, with numerous half-timbered houses covered with wine and cobblestone streets. Traditional wine bars and rustic bars invite you to linger and relax. In 2010 the village was awarded one of the most sustainable places in Germany with a gold medal at the federal level, and at the 2014 European Village Renewal Competition Ediger-Eller won an excellent 2nd place as part of the Calmont region. A train station, a well-developed road network and Frankfurt-Hahn Airport 30 km away ensure easy access from all parts of Germany and Europe.
