The beautiful listed former vintner house with attached press house dates back to the year 1685. Over the years, the press house was lovingly renovated and converted into residential areas. Since 2009 quite a few renovation and modernization works have been carried out. First of all, a new heating boiler was installed and in 2010 most of the electrics were renewed. Gradually, all the rooms were cosmetically renovated and on the first floor a new bathroom installed, so that virtually no renovation backlog exists and the property only needs to be adapted to the taste of the new owners. The spacious vine store offers enough space for a small business. The beautiful courtyard is ideal to spend the evenings with friends and family with a glass of wine. The impeccable façade is an eye-catcher and can be considered as a combination of the old and new artistic mastery.
