It consists two detached residential buildings, situated in such way as to guarantee excellent panorama of the sea for both. Due to the favorable geological conditions, the buildings will be erected on reinforced concrete foundations, on comparatively small depth. No garages or cellars are planned, but 26 parking spaces are included. The buildings are four-storey high, with 44 apartments altogether and total covered area of approximately 3,400 m2. This place provides a magnificent combination of wide beach with clean white sand and deciduous forest, an extremely suitable place for successful tourism. The seawater is exceptionally clean due to the lack of industrial plants or companies nearby. For this very reason, the population of 2,300 increases to over 20,000 in the summer months and this trend is steadily on the rise. Within 6 km of Byala is Obzor, one of the most dynamically developing destinations along the Black Sea coast. Except for the beautiful nature, here you will find luxurious hotel complexes, as well as numerous ways to enjoy your holiday and fill it with pleasant emotions. This makes the area one of the few remaining places on the Bulgarian coastline combining the tranquility and natural beauty of Byala with the nightlife in Obzor.
About the area
The town of Byala is slightly bigger than the near-by Obzor.
Once there was an ancient Greek fortress, named Aspro, in the neighbourhood. Before the reunification of the Bulgarian state in 1885, the border between the Bulgarian Principality and Eastern Rumeliya passed through the town of the Byala.
