Payment profile
The process of buying an apartment is very simplified.
You make your choice of the apartment by viewing it or by looking through the web site. In case you need professionals help we answer to all your questions.
A reservation fee of 1000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post) with the developer trough our assistance.
The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
30% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation. You start using the apartment!
70% of the price is deferred up to five years from the readiness of the building;
The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by the developer clients pay no fee for that.
You pay additionally only the half (1,5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
Maintenance
The people, having bought apartments will be liable to pay a one-year fee, which is spent for:
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex;
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings;

About the town
