The receiver in bankruptcy called Solmar Sp. z o.o.[Limited] in Rusko, Gm. [Commune of] Darłowo invites to make bids to purchase a processing company of the Baltic and freshwater fish called Solmar Sp. z o.o. [Limited] in insolvency in Rusko, Gm. [Commune of] Darłowo.
The plant is located on the central Baltic coast in Rusko, 1 km away from the town of Darłowo, Poland, 6 km away from a harbour, close to Highway 205.
It is located on the area of 3.7705 ha and its built-up area consisting of the production plant, store houses and offices of 5.963,6 m² in total.
It is enclosed, fitted out electrically (with its own substation of 1.26 kW). The water for technology and drinking purposes is taken from its own deep wells and treated in the hydro-station regarding the contents of Fe, Mn and bacteriology. The plant has the central washing and disinfection system. The liquid wastes are collected in two underground containers of 60 m² and delivered to the municipal sewage treatment plant.
180 qualified employees with long-lasting experience in fishery industry are currently employed by Solmar Sp. z. o.o. [Limited].
The fish production and processing of cod, flounder and other species as well as other products coated with breadcrumbs complies with HACCP and ISO 9001. The plant complies with EU veterinary norms and is constantly controlled by Veterinary Inspection No. PL32131806WE.
The commercial value of Solmar Sp. z o.o. [Limited] ... morein insolvency, pursuant to Article 551 of the Civil Code, including the complex of material and intangible components used for business activity in Rusko 18A, Gm. Darłowo - according to the legal state dated 29 April 2008 reaches the total of 4.793.504,00 €..
