The bus stop is just across the bridge from the house as well. There are several schools in the area the nearest to the house being Bridgend Primary School which is 10 minutes walk away and Alness Academy is also 10 minutes walk away. This area was previously used for the owners digger hire business with vehicles being cleaned and stored in this area. The area has been used for a variety of commercial uses previously so subject to permissions could be again. The size of the yard is large enough to build another house (again subject to permission) and we did look at converting the double garage into office space/accommodation in the future. Bridgend House is a property that is an ideal home for a family where one or both partners work from home. The yard makes it suitable for a business where vehicles are used yet its location means that you still have a lovely home in a great location. ... less View more details from agents website
