Location
This magnificent off-plan villa complex is situated near Pamporovo Ski resort in close proximity to a new ski lift station under construction. The new ski lift station and the ski lift itself are part of the ambitious Perelik project which includes the building of more than 15 ski tracks and 15 lift stations and connecting them with the already existing ski track system of Pamporovo Ski Resort.
The off-plan holiday village is situated on a slope revealing fantastic panoramic view towards the mountains and the peak Snejanka. All amenities of the big resort are within 15 minutes drive but nevertheless the place is very quiet and calm.
