This house is located in the quiet and sunny centre of Hüttschlag. Both summer and winter are very attractive here. There are some shops, restaurants, banks, etc. in town. The cross country skiing track is near to the house. The skiing area of Großarl / Dorfgastein is only 5min drive. In summer you can walk (National Park High Tauern), cycle, go shopping, play golf, make cultural and touristical daytrips, etc.
the house was built in 1666. Due to continous renovations, it is still in very good shape. It has been recently isolated (2005), new electricity and water pipes (2001), new heating, new window fences.
