In our opinion a good size building plot measuring approx .50 of an acre. ( inclusive of car parking area to be allocated to the church). Outline Planning consent for erection of one detached dwelling. Semi rural location, and ideally situated to access all local amenities, shops, junior and senior schools, public houses and restaurants as well as excellent road network and bus routes. \r\r\n\r\r\nNote\r\r\nThe council whilst granting outline planning consent, have allocated 8 parking spaces, for the use of the church. They are shown in outline planning as cutting into the properties garden! We do appreciate that these plots would not be used daily, and that POSSIBLY when applying for full planning, it could be suggested that the location for the car park, is perhaps not the best, and MAYBE they will allow it to be amended accordingly. Proceed along the lane, passing thr church and detached property on the left hand side and as the lane then narrow slightly the building plot is immediately ahead, and the base of the old church hall can be seen on the left hand side.
