As a province, Palencia is located within the area of the river basin of Duero. The historical value and treasure of the province is very much alive and apparent in the streets across the outskirts of the city of Palencia. Interesting architecture is worn and flaunted by several structures in the city like the St. Clare Monastery, San Francisco and San Pablo Museums, and the Cathedral. Overall climate is very ideal and a little temperate. Because it is situated in the middle of the land, expect that summers are hot and winters are also freezing. Rainfall is on the average, providing support and water nourishment for vegetation. Real estate industry in the province is very much promising. Because most land area in Palencia is consisting of flat land areas, expect that there are property developments that are truly attractive and appealing to property investors. Tag prices of such assets are not that high, but there are real estate centers that offer assets at premium prices.
