A visit to the capital is very impressive, especially if you pay attention to the palms, the cathedral and the numerous yachts. The cultural features of the city would also catch attention particularly the monuments that are very historical. Most notable in Palmas de Mallorca are the historical and popular structures like the Cathedral, La Lonja, Paseo del Borne, El Puig de San Pere, Plaze de Cort, Consulado del Mar, La Almudaina, and Castillo de Bellver.

Many artists and intellectuals have been attracted to the island. That is because the natural sceneries are so exquisitely wonderful, making one feel the rush of creativity flowing through the veins. The blue waters and the clear skies would look good and ornament the horizons of Majorca. The view surely blends with the historical and very beautiful buildings and structures.

Because it is an island, you should expect the climate to be very tropical. The good-looking landscape and the cosmopolitan ambiance combine with the cool breeze from the sea to make Majorca a rich and important holiday resort. The cultural significance of the island is very much comparable with those that are evident and characteristic to many European capitals.

Poets and artists describe the island as virginal because the natural settings and features are very much alive. It is just natural that properties in the island would cost significantly.
