Andalucia information, Spain

Andalucia If Spain has many regions and provinces that can be considered as historical, Andalucia would be on top of the list. In history, the region has been known as cradles to the rise of many early civilizations like the Tartessians, Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Vandals and Visigoths. The region also had once served as host venues for the activities of various foreign civilizations like the Arabs, Moors and Roman. Andalucia is a distinct autonomous region of Spain. The region is known to the most thickly populated region and the also the second biggest in terms of land area. Thus, there are still plenty of land and sites for real estate investments in Andalucia.

The region is made up of eight independent and highly attractive provinces of which are; Almeria, Malaga, Jaen, Huelva, Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and of course, the capital of the region, Seville. Seville is the region where several important and historic Spanish cities can be found. Among these cities are Roquetas de Mar, El Ejido, Guadix, Ubeda, Ronda, Lebrija, Osuna and Utrera.

In terms of climate, Andalucia has a perfect one. This is because Andalucia has diverse and well defined geographic features. In the north, the region is bounded by Castilla-La Mancha and Extremadura. In the eastside, the region is bounded by the Mediterranean Sea, on the south by the Strait of Gibraltar and in part also by the Mediterranean Sea. On the opposite side, the west, Andalucia is touching with the Atlantic Ocean and Portugal.

Thus, you could expect to see several beach resorts in the region. Many property developers are selling real estate in such places. Of course, as you would expect, coastline properties are more in demand and very expensive.

Another factor that influences the attractiveness of real estate in Andalucia is the accessibility. Andalucia, for its part, is easily accessible. Almost all of the main roads in Andalucia are connected to the European Route E15. Thus, not only is the region connected to other provinces of Spain. It can also be accessed from other countries and offshore cities by land travel.

Like most Spanish regions, Andalucia has also been able to preserve the vastness and richness of its natural resources. This is why the valuation of properties located within the region is so high. Imagine, owning a residential property with a splendid view of the outdoors, full of fantastic scenery ranging from mountains to hills and if you are near a coastline, the sea.

There are many regions in Spain, but Andalucia has to be considered the one that truly stands out, especially where real estate investment is key. The region is not such a good host for the manufacturing sector, but is one of the best for tourism and real estate. Andalucia is one of a kind.
