We are based in the charming, lakeside town of Koycegiz, just 40miles from Marmaris and Fethiye. An area rich in wildlife the lake is the home of the carretta carretta turtle, protected by the WWF. Strict regulations safegaurd the town from intensive development which has spoilt many of the resorts. We do have property in the resort towns but we specialize in finding land and properties for sale in the less commercialised areas, land for sale in Turkey is very affordable. We are less than half an hour from Dalaman airport and this region is a 'Tourism Development Area'. With five new marinas, and as many golf courses planned the area is ripe for investment. One golf course, almost completed is next to the where we have several villas for sale.
